About the Guest - Tiffany Li

My sister Tiffany is a Medical Researcher at Sydney University studying the side effects of cancer treatments. She has 7 years of experience in this field and is currently studying her PhD to further her contributions to Scientific Research.

In her spare time, Tiffany likes to cook fun and exciting foods, she loves to exercise and stay fit, and she has a very close friendship with her cute dog Alfie.

Two months ago, Tiffany became a mother as she introduced her baby boy, Theodore, to our family and to the world. Teddy is very cute and always smiling and has since kept Tiffany very busy and she begins her new journey into Motherhood.

Most importantly, Tiffany is very friendly, generous, and extremely positive about life. She is always the life of every party and a joy to be around.

About Byron

My name is Byron and I'm from Sydney, Australia.

My spiritual journey began when I left the corporate world as a CPA Accountant in Universal Pictures. I travelled to Asia in search for life meaning and direction and that's what eventually lead to becoming a Buddhist Monk in Taiwan's biggest monastery, Fo Guang Shan.

My two years as a Buddhist Monk was extremely intense and life changing. I learnt the Eastern Ancient philosophies from Great Masters who was experts in Buddhist Teachings, Meditation, and Mindfulness.

Since returning back to the secular world, I've been inspired to
share the benefits of mindfulness practice on physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. I have seen that even simple mindfulness practices can significantly reduce stress, anxiety and negative thinking while increasing confidence, focus, and happiness, and I believe I can help the same with you.

I hope to join you in your journey of transformation and be there throughout all your ups and downs.
