↔️ Often, people forget that the probation period is a two way assessment - and I would not have thought of this until a colleague of mine mentioned it. The shift in this mindset really allowed me to really reflect on how I truly felt during my short tenure at TikTok.

✂️ It helped me make a decision to cut my losses and go - and I'm glad I took that leap of faith! 🦘
