Join us at Hive IT for a series of FREE online Design Thinking Workshops which are led by our lead creatives, UX Directors and researchers.

These sessions are designed for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of Design Thinking, whether you’re a professional or just starting. We have designed each workshop to be engaging, hands-on and packed with practical insights that you can start using right away.

We will be running three online sessions where each of our workshops focuses on a key aspect of Design Thinking. You can attend one, two or all three sessions - whatever works best for you!

Discover what your users really need by learning how to gather and analyse insights directly from them. In this session, we’ll guide you through techniques to uncover valuable, real-world insights. You’ll also learn how to create artefacts that help you better understand your user’s experiences, making your design process more user-centred and effective.

This workshop will be led by Allan Noy, Head of Creative at Hive IT and Martin Smith, UX Director at Hive IT.

Once you understand your users, it is time to brainstorm solutions! This workshop will introduce you to various techniques for generating a wide range of ideas, including brainstorming, co-creating and sketching. You’ll leave with a toolkit of methods to help you creatively solve your users’ problems and explore multiple avenues for innovation.

This workshop will be led by Martin Smith, UX Director at Hive IT and Lauren Tolley, UX Researcher at Hive IT.

No matter how well you think you’ve solved a problem, users can surprise you! In this workshop, we’ll show you how to create testable prototypes, run effective user tests and gather feedback. You’ll learn how to maintain a cycle of testing and refining your ideas, ensuring that your solutions are user-friendly and effective.

This workshop will be led by Lauren Tolley, UX Researcher at Hive IT and Martin Waite, Design Director at Hive IT.

These workshops are more than just presentations, they are interactive experiences where you can ask questions, participate in activities and apply what you are learning immediately. You will have the chance to connect with industry experts and like-minded people, expanding both your knowledge and your network.
