President Eddy Kenzo Praises His Vice President Sheebah For Not Giving Up On The UNM Federation.

Eddy Kenzo appreciated Sheebah following her commitment to stand and fight for unity among artists which has long been lacking in Ugandan showbiz despite the negative publicity that has always been tainted against the federation.

Sheebah’s withstanding of the storm of words and negative publicity about the federation pleased Eddy Kenzo who felt the desire to give Sheebah her flowers.

I want to take this opportunity and thank Sheebah for staying true and standing in solidarity with the UNMF organization.

She has stood her ground in this cause despite the many words that we have faced because others have given up on this cause.

Having praised Sheebah for her resilience in fighting for artists’ rights, the pair announced how they had launched a new idea for the jam session revealing that every last Tuesday of the month, will be dedicated to celebrating Uganda’s veteran musicians.

The move is set to appreciate the contribution that artists added to the Ugandan music industry.

Sheebah concluded by encouraging artists to continue staying united if they are to achieve the copyright law that will enable artists earn more from their content as advised by Norbert Mao who was appointed the minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs in the Ugandan government, an office he assumed on 21 July 2022.
