In Part One I showed you how to make a super adorable paperbag waist skirt with in-seam pockets. This is Part Two where I show you how to make the belt and the belt loops.

For the belt loops, cut six pieces of fabric that are about 4" x 2" each. For the belt, cut a piece of fabric that is long enough to wrap around your waist and tie into a bow in the front. The width of the belt piece is about 5". You will see in the video that I had to connect two pieces to create one long one.
