Join Playgarden Prep's Chef Danielle to make our Letter X snack of the week, X-Shaped Butterfly Biscuits! Chef Danielle takes us on a journey to bake a delicious breakfast and sweet treat! Follow along for some yummy fun!

Butterfly Biscuits Ingredients and Equipment:
-Flour
-Butter
-Baking Powder (so that it rises!)
-Oven

Directions:
1) Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and knead/mix until a solid dough is formed
2) Next, roll out the dough using a rolling pin until smooth and flat!
3) Cut the rolled dough into thin strips vertically using a knife (be careful) !
4) Lay the strips on top of each other in an X-Shape :) before placing in oven
5) Place your popsicles in the freezer for a few hours until they are completely frozen.
6) Bake in oven until golden brown
7) Enjoy your yummy biscuits!
