Tone your legs and booty with this 30 minute no repeat legs and glutes workout, you can do at the comfort of your own home. No fancy gym equipment needed, just a pair of dumbbells and a mat.
This is a steady, form focused lower body workout that will get your legs and booty burning.
If you want to make this workout more or less intense, you can do so by changing the weight of your dumbbells. For your reference I am using a pair of 5kg dumbbells.

Don't forget can always change the pace or intensity of my workouts to suit your mood or energy levels. Make it your own and don't forget to have fun!
