This company has the best warranty in Filmmaking

Eight months after my initial review of the Proaim Victor Lite Video Production cart I had an issue. I had a bolt break causing the cart to become sidelined for a few weeks. I reached out to Proaim with one simple request... can I please have a new bolt?

Proaim proceeded to ship me a package weighing over 50 pounds that was large enough to fit into. My mail man was angry, but did the company fix my issue?
