Chiquitita - GCC Orchesis 2020 (ft. "Chiquitita" by ABBA)

*The Grove City College Orchesis Dance Company performance titled “Together” was postponed shortly before opening in November 2020 as originally scheduled. Two months later in February 2021, Orchesis rescheduled and performed this show for three small socially-distant audiences of GCC students and employees. The show “Together” was a labor of love for the senior and junior head student leaders and their reduced cast of dancers. After a year of no live performances in 2020, the determined cast -- from freshmen to seniors -- arrived gracefully on stage in 2021, committed to safety. Tirelessly rehearsing to put smiles on the audience’s faces and inspiration in their hearts, the dancers succeeded! They overcame injuries and triumphed safely in a world weary of COVID-19. The video series documenting this show immortalizes their talent and passion for the love of dance, and the gift of live entertainment that they gave to their audience.*
