How I made the video and the tools used:

* Sound effects and music were sourced from Zapsplat.
* Imagery and scenes were generated by AI in the Runway platform after filming a physical scene constructed of cardboard boxes to create a rough structure then imported into Runway to create imagery for the environment.
* Final video edited using VideoPad.
