🇦🇺 Checking out Point Clare - Central Coast

Описание к видео 🇦🇺 Checking out Point Clare - Central Coast

We went to the Central Coast for my brother's birthday mid June, and took the opportunity to visit Point Clare on the way back.

It's a nice little crag with some good quality rock.
Fun slabs, and some overhangs as well.

The approach is very easy, about 5 minutes uphill walk from the road.

The only negative point that I comment during the video is about the bolting of the routes.
There are not many crags where the top of the climbs have only one bolt to lower or clean the route, and at Point Clare it seems to be the standard thing.
I'm not sure if I'm the one that doesn't understand it, or if it's actually a negative thing.
You get to the top of the climb, and you see no anchors, you think you should either keep going, but you don't see the next bolt, or top out...
Topping out most of the times is fine, but it can be sketchy, or tricky to get down. Also, I don't really like the idea of cleaning a route trusting in only one bolt. Unless you can second it and walk down somehow. But still not ideal, as your partner might not want to second it, but lead it instead.
There might be some other way to clean the climb without using just one bolt, but I don't know how. Please let me know if I'm missing something!
