I have to say I have an absolute blast photographing wildlife. Its a challenge and can be so exciting when things start to happen. Some snow fell in my area so I headed out into the woods with the intent of trying to get some shots of the black capped chickadees that were there on a previous visit. Well our friend the squirrel decided to return and had me thinking it was going to be a bust. It was only a matter of time before they were comfortable with me and started flying in close. Seems this area sees nuthatches as well. Next episode will be a hunt for the nuthatches. Until then, enjoy the ups and downs that went into this shoot.
