Today, we are testing the ADS series double-stage high-efficiency pelletizing system for our customer. This system is specifically designed to process PP sheet flakes, ensuring pure, uniform, and bubble-free granules through two stages of plasticization and two stages of precision filtration.
During this test run, the output remained stable at 800-1000 KG/H, demonstrating extremely high production efficiency.

【System Core Configuration】
✅ Intelligent Feeding: Utilizes a high-efficiency screw feeding system, specially equipped with a sensitive metal detector to fully protect the screw and prevent damage from impurities.
✅ First Stage (Stage 1): Screw diameter 180mm, L/D ratio 38:1. The ultra-long L/D ratio provides excellent shearing, plasticizing, and degassing capabilities.
✅ Second Stage (Stage 2): Screw diameter 200mm, L/D ratio 12:1. The large-diameter screw enables low-temperature, stable extrusion, protecting the material's physical properties.
✅ Double Filtration: Equipped with a piston-type hydraulic screen changer, achieving two stages of deep filtration, easily handling raw materials containing impurities, resulting in higher quality finished products.
✅ Downstream System: Classic strand pelletizing process, combined with a vibrating dryer, ensuring the produced PP granules are dry, uniform, and ready for direct packaging and storage!
