Temperature Distribution of a Computer Chip

Organized by textbook: https://learncheme.com/ The heat diffusion equation is simplified into one dimension with volumetric heat generation. An adiabatic boundary condition is applied at the bottom, and a convective boundary condition is applied at the top. The two boundary conditions are used to solve for the constants of integration, which result in a temperature profile.
