1 kg Mutton
mustard oil
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 Black Cardamom
2 Green Cardamom
8-10 Black Pepper
5-6 Cloves
Cinnamon sticks
2 Dried Red Chillies
2 Bay Leaves
4 medium sized Onion
2 medium sized Tomato
1½ tbsp Ginger Paste
2 tbsp Garlic Paste
2 tbsp Papaya Paste
1 tbsp Cumin Powder
1 tbsp Coriander Powder
1 tbsp Red chilli Powder
1½ tbsp Turmeric Powder
1½ tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsp Yogurt
1 litre warm Water
1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder
Julienne Ginger - for garnishing
