1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds
2 Dry Red Chillies
1 Chopped Onion
1/2 Chopped Capsicum
1 Chopped Tomato
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilly Powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Pavbhaji Masala
1/2 Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Fresh Coriander
1 tbsp Spring Onion
Salt to Taste
2 tbsp Water
1-1/2 Cup Cooked Rice
Cheese For Garnishing
