A personal project created by Rob Davidson. First edition of a continuing series where the theme is "Hand That Makes The Food". Real people making something that they've been doing for years. True and authentic.

This is my mother's hands making Roti (Chapati). She's been doing this for years. Makes her own dough and her Roti always, I mean always, puffs up! She says it's because the person she's making for is starving! that's usually mean as her Roti is always delicious.
