David Nash, Director of Strategy and Policy at the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB), discusses how the organisation is working in collaboration with Dwr Cymru Welsh Water to give the organisation and its contracted supply chain companies free access to its ‘Introduction to Decarbonising Engineering Construction’ e-learning content.

David also explains the ECITB’s new strategy, Leading Industry Learning, outlining how it will help to address skills shortages and support industry growth.

The strategy sets out a five-year plan, from 2026 to 2030, to develop the skills needed for the delivery of critical infrastructure projects, energy security and net zero ambitions.
