This notebook changed my life and in this video, I'll be explain to you what I wrote about for these past 7 months that has led to me changing my life for the better. Since it has changed my life, I believe that it could change yours as well.

I know that 7 months of information is a lot which is why I summarized the summary into a single tip so that I wouldn't overwhelm you with 7 months-worth of information.

Even though I am finished with the notebook, there is still some value to be found in the things that I wrote and that's what I tried to share in this video, so that these past 7 months wouldn't go to waste.
