Vegan No Cook Lunch Ideas: Vegan Pizza Kit Lunchable, Vegan Cheese + Crackers, Vegan Chips + Dip. Here I use daiya for the cheese. The fruit is so beautiful and takes these lunch box ideas up a notch. I was 100% inspired by Edyn Jacks and would have never thought to make this if it wasn't for her "What I Eat in a Day" videos. No cook, super easy and works great with a bento box! I used a cheap lunch box from Aldi.
