Excuse the recording at times, new recorder was getting the hang of things :)

Our passion is not to dance to be fit, but to bring fitness to dance. There are tons of great dance videos that incorporate cardio, but not as much fitness. Our videos are geared to really work and tone a focal area. We are definitely high intensity instructors, but we know all you ladies and fellas out there can keep up. Just dont give up! Feel free to modify, improvise, or just use the choreo in your classes
