Our Culinary Garden is located in Maritime province of New Brunswick, Canada close to the Nova Scotia border. We use organic methods, a greenhouse, permaculture and food forest techniques to grow food for our Restaurant, Ducks Aren't Real. The garden is an urban kitchen garden located in a small courtyard behind the restaurant. We are situated in Canadian climactic zone 5b/6a, with a last frost date around May 15th.

Sarah Evans is a Master Gardener, chef and restauranteur. She has been gardening and growing for many years on scales from organic farms to small residential gardens. The Culinary Garden was started in 2012 and we are excited to show you what we have planned for this year.
