Описание к видео National Parks in Hudson Valley | Home of FDR | Home of Eleanor Roosevelt | Vanderbilt Mansion

Hudson Valley of New York is the site of three National Park locations. All within a few miles of each other. Home of Franklin D. Roosevelt is the presidential library and museum of FDR, his home, and his grave. The grounds are beautiful. Eleanor Roosevelt, an important figure in her own right, had a home a couple of miles away from FDR's home, where she lived from FDR's death until her death. These two National Historical Sites commemorate the life and achievements of the Roosevelts. Vanderbilt Mansion is a monument to the Gilded Age when the newly rich built opulent mansions to showcase their wealth.

This video takes you on a tour of these three sites, with tips for visiting.
