Military personnel from the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) and U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC) Saturday concluded the Disaster Management Exchange 2018 in Nanjing, east China's Jiangsu Province.

Over 200 military personnel from both sides took part in the event.

In the field training part, the two sides focused on disaster assessment, search and rescue, first aid and evacuation management. The humanitarian assistance and disaster relief (HA/DR) topic demonstration part involved water rescue operations using helicopters and boats, as well as emergency transfer and rescue of drowning personnel. http://www.cctvplus.com/news/20181118...
