Using Cryonis, find or get a Guardian over shallow water. Climb up you're own Cryonis perch, then make one under the Guardian. At the same time it's picking up the Guardian, jump off your perch and go into the slow motion aiming with the bow. It'll then throw the Guardian some ungodly distance. Enjoy.
