he 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Velar is a small luxury SUV available in S, Dynamic SE and Dynamic HSE trim levels. Two engines, the P250 and P400, are also available. The P250 is standard with S and Dynamic SE trim, while the P400 is an option for the Dynamic SE and standard with Dynamic HSE trim.

Velars wearing a P250 label draw power from a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine (247 horsepower, 269 lb-ft), while the P400 engine is a turbocharged mild hybrid inline six-cylinder (394 hp, 406 lb-ft). An eight-speed automatic transmission powers all four wheels through a standard all-wheel-drive system.
