K-GUARD INSTRUCTIONAL REVIEW: Josh Cisneros, Mikey Musumeci, Neil Melanson, Lachlan Giles.

In this video I review four BJJ K-Guard instructional sets. Each K-Guard coach has his own way of playing the K and it's worth seeing how they differ. For a really deep dive into the guard I think it is best to get all four but obviously that's not to everyone's liking so check out the review and see which among them might suit your game better.
