Datça, situated on the Aegean-Mediterranean divide, is a stunning coastal town blending natural beauty with rich history. It's a prominent stop on the famous Blue Cruise circuit, thanks to its pristine beaches, quaint seaside towns, and the dramatic ruins of Knidos, an important Greco-Roman city that was once a cultural and commercial epicenter. On top of these draws, good value hotels, some excellent restaurants and friendly locals mean that Datca is a rising favorite destination for locals and foireign tourists alike, but has still managed to retain its old-world charm, which distinguishes it from many other spots along Turkey’s south coast.
