THE SEAMS ON THIS TOILET SEAT STARTED TO SEPERATE LESS THAN SIX MONTHS AFTER INSTALLATION.

I WAS WRONG. Bemis, the company supplying this item, responded immediately after senting them an email with details of my complaint and copy of my AMAZON invoice. They are issuing a refund within three days.
The product was poor, indeed, but the commitment to customer service is worthy of 5 STARS
