This silent subliminal facilitates personal growth, new beginnings, creativity and positive change.

I created this silent subliminal with the use of a plugin in Audacity. It uses a specific technique called Amplitude Modulation (AM) encoding for speech (i.e. the subliminal affirmations). This method encodes with a very high audio frequency carrier wave and shifts the frequency range above 16 kHz which is largely inaudible to most adults.

🎧 If you are listening for the purpose of absorbing the affirmations, I strongly recommend using headphones so your subconscious mind can process the affirmations and so you can experience the 8D audio.

I've started creating silent subliminals instead of the ones where you can hear affirmations quietly so that you can appreciate the music with a clean sound and no distractions.
