AICTE sponsored SPICES program at Roland Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences

Berhampur: 27-2-2022; Roland Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Berhampur, Odisha organized a two days National Workshop on “Emerging Trends in Pharmaceutical Research & Innovation” under the “Scheme for Promoting Interests, Creativity & Ethics among Students (SPICES)” sponsored by AICTE, New Delhi on 25th & 26th February 2022. The objective of this seminar was to create interest among the students and faculty members towards innovation and ethics. The programme was inaugurated by the chief guest Dr. Jayanti Prava Behera, head of the Dept of Pharmacology, MKCG Medical College, Berhampur, Chairperson Smt. J. Jayalakshmi, Director Dr. J.Sruti, Principal Dr. B.V.V. Ravi Kumar and Vice-principal Dr. Ch. Niranjan Patra. Dr. Biswa Mohan Sahoo, program coordinator of the workshop welcomed the participants and briefed them about the program. Around 100 students actively participated and presented posters in this program. On this occasion, a practical book authored by Dr Biswa Mohan Sahoo was also uncovered by the guests on the dais. Mrs. Sunita Patnaik, asst professor, proposed the vote of thanks.
