Ditching alcohol is the best way to save money without any trade offs. It's by far the only self care item on your list that not only free of charge, but on its own adding money to your bank in more than one way.

For majority of us, grey area drinkers or social drinkers, it is simple to ditch alcohol, but hard to stick to sobriety over the long term. In this episode I am exploring my own reasons that led me to drinking over three decades and what made me finally turn my back to booze.

What does your best life look like?

For me it is being healthy, physically attractive, and financially secure. How do you achieve it? Though not easy, it is quite simple: eat well, exercise, and save money. Yet, why do so many of us fail at our hard-willed resolutions every week, every month, and every year? Why do we get stuck in a vicious circle of excess weight and clutter on one end, and lack of money and happiness on the other?

My short answer is a lack of reliable systems. My long answer is this book: THE BEST SELF GUIDE: 6-STEP SYSTEM, where I will share with you my daily life algorithms in every detail with pictures and charts, lists and templates.
