TODAY'S RECIPE IS PORA SHINNI PITHA | বগুড়ার ঐতিহ্যবাহী মাংসের পোড়া শিন্নি পিঠা বা উট পিঠা | CRISPY SNACKS | ঝাল পিঠা | JHAL PITHA | মশলা পিঠা | SPICY FOOD | নোনতা পিঠা

INGREDIENTS:

Rice flour - 500 gram or 3 + 1/2 cup
Onion - 1 cup
Green chilies - to taste
Salt - 2 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala powder - 1 teaspoon
Fennel seeds powder - 1 teaspoon
Wild celery powder - 1 teaspoon
Eggs - 3 pieces
Lukewarm water - 1 cup

Beef minced - 500 gram
Onion - 1 cup
Ginger- Garlic paste - 3 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 2 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 2 teaspoon
Oil - 2 tbsp
Boiling water - 2 cups
