Diablo 4 - Season 3 Charged Bolt Oculus Sorcerer Updated Build - NO UBERS NEEDED!

Hey all, this is an update to my previous charged bolt oculus build that doesn't need Melted Heart of Selig. There's a couple new updates to it as well - changing out frozen orb and ball lightning enchant for ice blades and frost nova enchant. I'm really enjoying this change for several reasons:

-Build generates enough mana on it's own without the additional crackling energy generation from ball lightning enchant
-Ice blades are another source of vulnerable application + another cooldown skill for barrier generation
-Frost nova on conjuration skills is another source of vulnerable + crowd control

P.S. This build is not really gauntlet viable unfortunately... I was really hoping it would be but it just can't compete with other faster arc lash builds and it's boss kill time is a bit too slow. Highest score I've gotten is in the high 400ks but I also haven't optimized my route so might be able to push to 600ks if I do. If I get in that range I'll upload.
