Sweet Potato Chips Air Fryer

Learn how to make a perfect, crispy sweet potato chip in the air fryer. This is the first of many Air Fryer recipes and I'm excited to share with you the method that I found creates the best sweet potato chips in the air fryer. This is fantastic and healthy alternative to greasy store-bought potato chips and will keep you satisfied while guilt-free snacking.

Best Results:
Peel potatoes
slice with mandoline slicer into 1/8th inch slices
soak in cold water for 30 minutes
pat dry with paper towel
spray and season both sides with cooking spray and seasoning of choice.
preheat air fryer to 300F for 5 min
cook for 5 min at 300F
take out the tray and toss
put back in for 5 min at 300F
take out the tray and toss
put back in for 3-5 min at 300F
let cool for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
