Short Action 284Winchester

The Short Action 284 Winchester is near and dear to my heart. It is a fantastic caliber, and so are the many other wildcats based upon its case. This caliber was originally developed for the semi-automatic Winchester Model 100 in 1963. The case is an extremely advanced design for when it was created. The case has a rebated rim, large case capacity, and a sharp 35 degree shoulder design.

With modern day powders the 284 Winchester comes to life as a short action/standard bolt-face cartridge with great long range performance. if you have any questions please feel free to ask, if I don't know the answer I can hopefully point you in the right direction to help.
