There has been a lot of talk over the Pan America, not all good. Its known that in the early years of the bike there seemed to be some teething issues that needed to be worked out but by the time the motor company seemed to get those things worked out, the damage had already been done to its reputation. In combination with of the replace of the Pan America being in the year 2021, repair parts were in short supply, adding to the wait time for repairs and further frustration with customers.
However, not every bike had problems. Most are running awesome, with little to no problems. But you will likely never hear from these people. Because we have nothing bad to say about the bike. Its been Amazing!
I do understand the frustration that some people have had with the Pan Am. but understanding the importance of finding a Good HD dealership to deal with and willingness to help you, should you run into any issues can make of brake someone's opinion about the bike.
