After a few interesting comments I decided to re visit the Antenna I use on 40 & 80 meters. This time I wanted to demonstrate how well it worked as an all round HF antenna. The video shows it in action on a day that propagation was poor and due to snow and Ice noise levels are higher than usual. Despite the poor odds the HWEFW antenna does very well indeed.
