International Colloquia #24: Opportunities in Nanoengineered Surface Designs

Описание к видео International Colloquia #24: Opportunities in Nanoengineered Surface Designs

This colloquium focuses on opportunities of nanoengineered surfaces for a range of heat transfer and energy applications. Such surfaces have been explored by modifying surface chemistry and structure to harness a range of behaviors to enhance liquid-vapor phase change, icephobicity, CO2 capture, among many others. Robustness and scalability of the surfaces will also be discussed which will be essential for the eventual deployment in industrial systems.
