NIKE AIR ZOOM VOMERO 16 Long Run Review

Today I tested the VOMERO 16 over the 11 mile or 17km ish distance in some mostly dry conditions in some slightly cooler summer weather.

A 8:01/mi or 5:00/km pace on todays run keeping things at a steady aerobic effort as i was rather tuckered out!

I discuss the upper, midsole and outsole performance on todays slight change to my regular long run route.

Give this one a chance, its a better shoe than anyone has given it credit for!

Hold tight people, stay strong and we WILL make it through.
