Nedlands is an affluent western suburb in Perth, Western Australia, only about 7 Km from Perth CBD.
This walk covers the suburb southern part, where the houses are on bigger blocks, and generally nicer house than the northern part of Nedlands.
Will walk through the residential areas, parks, schools, and shopping area of the suburbs, while also checking out the price of the house for rent and for sale in the streets that we walked through
