alone, but not lonely

What people usually suggest you when you tell them you're feeling lonely are to meet more people, hang out with friends, work harder, and just get yourself out there and avoid being alone at all cause. But in my opinion, this does not help cope with loneliness. In fact, it might make you feel even more lonely.

What you can do instead is to face your loneliness, understand why you're feeling that way and get rid of its cause! It's easier said than done but believe me, you'll overcome whatever you're going through right now cause you're stronger than you think you are!
