In today's video, we are diving into a budget mutate deck that is simic and tries its best to play into the new landfall mechanic added in Zendikar Rising. Scute Swarm is a new card that has an ability allows us to make copies of it after we have six lands on the battlefield and we mutate on to it to make copies of the mutated creature and each one of those creatures also has the ability to make more copies.
