How do you eat gluten free when traveling? Here's my Gluten free and Dairy free snacks and meals for a road trip and to eat at a friend's home recently. I have severe gluten intolerance and a pretty strong dairy intolerance too. This is what I ate and had some left over (also sharing with two kids a bit as well.) This was for two days in the car driving and two at a home with a way to reheat. (freezer/fridge/ and was transported to and from in a cooler for 9hrs.

I'm not sure how I ended up getting signed up for the meals, but it was a great help for this overwhelmed mom of a PCTU hospital baby because life was so hectic not having to think about and make my special prepped food was huge.
