Shinobu's Vow gives your Skip Grenades destructive power, Wish Ender clears anything, Nezarec's Whispers takes down shields and provides useful protection, and Fire and Forget can freeze any champion and solid dps. With Damage Resistance and Infinite Heavy Ammo you become an Electric Angel of Death to your enemies.
