In Today Holy Rosary, we are contemplating the Sorrowful Mysteries. Pray the Rosary every day in honor of Our Lady of the Rosary to obtain peace in the world. The Holy Rosary is considered a perfect prayer because within it lies the awesome story of our salvation. The Rosary is an important devotion that honors Mary while focusing on the events in the life of Jesus Christ

THE AGONY IN THE GARDEN

How often do we fall—fall into sin, into despair, into spiritual dryness? And in those moments, we are tempted to give up, thinking that we are too far gone to rise again. But look at Jesus in the Garden. He, too, fell to the ground, burdened by the agony of what lay ahead. Yet, from that place of anguish and humility, He surrendered His heart to the Father. God will never reject a heart that is humble and contrite. Just as Jesus fell to the ground in His agony, only to rise again in obedience to the Father’s will, you too are called to rise from your falls—not through your own strength, but through the grace that comes when you surrender in humility.

THE SCOURGING AT THE PILLAR

Jesus didn’t hesitate at the pillar. He didn’t run from the suffering or the call of the Father. And we are called to imitate that same perseverance. Life will bring challenges, moments when you feel like the lashes of suffering are too much to bear. But in those moments, God is calling you to stay faithful, to stand firm, and to say, “Here I am, Lord—for You have called me” But remember, Your perseverance, then, is not your own; it is a participation in His, a sharing in the same love that kept Him standing at the pillar.

THE CROWNING WITH THORNS

If we, as Christians, truly embraced our faith—living it with the same humility and perseverance as Christ in His passion—we would bring about a revolution far greater than any worldly movement. The world mocks faith, just as the soldiers mocked Jesus. But Jesus shows us that true power, true revolution, comes through embracing our mission to love and suffer for others. The world’s greatest revolution will not come through politics, power, or wealth—it will come when Christians live as if Christ is truly their King, when we embrace our thorns with faith and love, transforming suffering into redemption.

THA CARRYING OF THE CROSS

Jesus walked toward death not as a defeat, but as the ultimate victory. His death would put everything right—it would open the gates of Heaven, repair the brokenness of humanity, and restore our relationship with God. When carrying His cross, He knew this better than anyone. When you feel the weight of your cross, when you struggle with the burdens of life, remember that everything can be put right—except death. And death, for those who follow Christ, is not to be feared. It is the moment when everything falls into place, when all the sufferings, sacrifices, and struggles of this life find their true meaning in the light of eternity.

THE CRUCIFIXION

“Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing”. Even in His agony, Jesus does not see enemies—He sees brothers and sisters. He does not see adversaries, but souls for whom He is giving His life. If Christ, in His moment of greatest suffering, refused to see His persecutors as enemies, how can we, as Christians, justify treating others with hostility, resentment, or division? To see others as adversaries is to deny, by our actions, the very faith we claim to follow.
