Michael Antonorsi is a Biomedical Engineer turned chef. Cacao runs through his blood from "Aguasanta" a small farm in Venezuelan known for its fine cacao.

He founded Chuao Chocolatier in San Diego, California more than 20 years ago.

"Chef Michael has been named top ten chocolatier in North America by dessert professional magazine and has received international acclaim for his chocolate creations, with TV appearances on the food network, cooking channel, dr. phil, and cnn en espanol."
