主料:

做法:
1、糯米泡水隔夜或者8小时以上,鸡肉加腌料捉匀腌1小时以上。

3.、再热油爆香蒜末,倒入糯米和1勺黑酱油,1勺蚝油,1勺鸡精粉,少许胡椒粉炒香备用
4、首先在碗内放入鸡肉、香菇和腊肠,然后铺上糯米,把糯米压得紧实。
5.再加入4勺清水
