SUV CAR CAMPING / ICHETUCKNEE SPRINGS CAMPGROUND

Campgrounds are so noisy! This one was no different, but I LOVED IT! I woke up to a rooster! Chickens, roosters, goats and pigs were everywhere. They have a donkey! 20 cats! Dogs, galore! The guineafowl were my favorite, but they were loud as $hit! Sorry, but they were!

Ichetucknee Spring Campground is a fantastic place to camp. The owners are wonderful. They have one men's room and one ladies room throughout the entire campground, but I've heard - they are working on building more. They will be expanding. I couldn't use the shower, because it was too rustic for me and all I could think about was a spider dropping on my head.

And Dear Lord - what were those creepy green worm things falling from the trees?
