As you are almost complete with your clinical rotation at your site, you are eligible to earn your RMA credentials!

Here are the steps:
1) Go to the AMT website and create an account to register: Create an Account (americanmedtech.org).
2) Once you have registered, please take a screenshot and submit to [email protected].
3) After you have registered for an account with the AMT. Call in for me or email me and I will send a request to the Bursar to get the coupon code for the $135 application fee that is charged to your student account. If approved, I will send you the coupon code. Note that the code is valid for up three months.
4) Login to account with AMT American Medical Technologists (AMT) Home (americanmedtech.org) and submit your application. For the school, search Keiser University (corporate office), Organization ID # is 118923. The eligibility route is Route 1-Education. 5) In about 2 weeks from when the application is submitted to AMT, you should receive an email from them with the testing sites link. If not, call them at 847-823-5169.
6) Then, you may schedule your appointment to sit for the exam at a testing site (if available) or online with a proctor.
7) After completion of the Externship class and hours, and if this is your last class, once you are in graduate status, submit your Official Transcript request form online via this link: https://www.parchment.com/u/registrat... – to request your official transcript (showing that the clinical classes have been completed and passed) to be sent to AMT at [email protected] (recipient). This is also pending approval from the Bursar. If this is not your last class, let me know once you have submitted your application and I will then send AMT a letter regarding your graduation date.

Notes: Keiser University (corporate). The RMA Organization ID # is 118923 and the application fee is $135. Our address is: Keiser University eCampus, Attention: Titania Grant, 1900 W. Commercial Blvd., Suite 100, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33309. Allow up to 3-4 weeks for processing but you should get an email from AMT in about 2 weeks from submitting the application. You will need to send an official transcript to AMT, either before graduation if complete with clinicals beforehand or after graduation. Official transcript releases are pending approval from the Bursar. You may request your unofficial transcript to be emailed to you at no charge from the Registrar, also pending approval.
